Asterlizze was founded in 2018 in Turin as a theatre company dedicated to the development of artistic productions in the field of performing arts and cross-media content. At the heart of its work lies the recovery and valorisation of memory: personal and collective stories, letters, diaries and archival testimonies become living material from which performances, interactive experiences and digital narratives are born. The company believes that preserving and reinterpreting memory is a cultural and political act, capable of inspiring reflection on the present and opening spaces for shared dialogue.

Asterlizze’s productions tackle themes deeply rooted in the contemporary world: gender equality, the struggle for rights, migration, journey and human feeling in its many forms. These are stories that speak of today through the depth of the past, because memory is not an inert archive but a living tool for understanding the world we inhabit.

Through an approach that brings together the tradition of live theatre and technological innovation, from Virtual Reality to original digital content, Asterlizze reaches a diverse audience, particularly the under-35 generation, restoring individual and collective memories with a new contemporary voice. The company develops original productions that bring stories closer to people, connecting past, present and future.
