Associazione Quore was founded in Turin in 2007 as a non-profit organization committed to promoting universal human rights and, in particular, the protection of LGBT+ people. The Association operates at regional, national, and European levels, collaborating with public institutions, third-sector organizations, and international partners, and consolidating an integrated, multi-level approach to the protection of human rights.

Quore’s activities include awareness-raising, training, and capacity-building initiatives aimed at citizens, institutions, schools, companies, and social-service professionals, with the goal of fostering a culture of respect and countering stereotypes and discrimination. At the same time, the Association develops housing-related reception services and autonomy-support interventions for Italian and foreign individuals in vulnerable situations, offering individual support that include psychological consult, work and career guidance, daily support, and, when needed, temporary accommodation solutions. These actions not only respond to the immediate needs of marginalized individuals but also activate processes of empowerment and emancipation, fostering effective social inclusion.

Over the years, Quore’s activities have broadened their focus toward communities and the territory, developing actions aimed at generating significant cultural change through inclusive practices and new forms of engagement and participation. With these objectives in mind, Quore is committed to strengthening collaborative networks between institutions, civil society, and the business sector, driven by the profound belief that safeguarding each person’s dignity means investing in the well-being and the future of the entire community.
