Vision and Mission
Founded in 2016, ASD Padel Torino is a pioneering organization in promoting Padel and well-being within the Turin sports landscape.
It was established with the goal of transforming physical activity into a catalyst for health, inclusion, and social cohesion. With over a decade of experience, the Association moved beyond a purely competitive sporting dimension to position itself as an enabler of collective well-being, promoting sport as a “zero-cost medicine” and a cornerstone of primary prevention.
Areas of Intervention and Strategic Assets
Social Inclusion and Complex Project Design:
From the beginning, the Association has been characterized by a strong focus on developing projects at both local and national levels, managing the entire value chain—from concept development to the creation of strategic partnerships across the public, private, and third sectors. We design targeted initiatives aimed at removing barriers to sports participation for vulnerable groups.
Corporate Welfare and Organizational Health:
We collaborate with the corporate world to integrate physical activity into employee welfare programs. We promote a culture of well-being in the workplace not just as a benefit, but as a strategic investment in employee health and in the prevention of chronic diseases.
Sport and Solidarity (Fundraising):
We transform sporting events into vehicles for civic impact. We organize tournaments and events across the Piedmont region and nationally, aimed at raising funds for research and support organizations (such as AIRC Foundation for Cancer Research), combining competition with social commitment.
Academy and Training:
Through our training courses and Academy, we promote technical mastery combined with a sports pedagogy focused on the values of fairness, respect, and inclusion.
ASD Padel Torino positions itself as a dynamic partner for co-designing initiatives that leverage sport as a tool for strengthening social bonds and fostering sustainable community development, offering a well-established network and specific expertise in managing high-impact projects.
