The Italian Red Cross – Turin Committee announces the launch of the Officine della Salute service, an initiative dedicated to promoting prevention and access to healthcare for all citizens.
The project was created with the aim of providing free medical consultations and diagnostic tests, accessible by appointment through booking, with particular attention to individuals experiencing vulnerability or economic hardship.
Officine della Salute represents an innovative space where healthcare professionals and Red Cross volunteers work together to deliver community-based services, helping to reduce inequalities in access to healthcare and promote a culture of prevention.
The services offered include:
- Cardiology consultations
- Dermatology consultations
- Gynaecology consultations
- Neurology consultations
- Urology consultations
- Paediatric consultations
- Ultrasound scans
- ECG/Echocardiography
- Vital signs monitoring
- Wound care
The service will be available at the Italian Red Cross headquarters in Turin, located at Via Bologna 171 (corner of Via Moncrivello), and services will be provided exclusively by appointment.
