La Nuova Me! is a feminist coaching project promoted by Torino Città per le Donne, supported by Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo with the contribution of the City of Turin, designed to respond to a growing need among women over 35 for guidance, self-awareness, and wellbeing.
Objectives and Context
The New Me! stems from the observation of a life phase often marked by overload, fragmented roles, and reduced space for self-care. After the age of 35, many women find themselves managing complex responsibilities — work, family, and caregiving — without adequate tools to reassess their choices and recognise the value of the skills they have developed.
The project aims to provide a structured space for individual support, enabling participants to:
-
clarify their personal and professional goals;
-
strengthen confidence in their own resources;
-
develop greater awareness of the cultural and systemic factors that influence life decisions.
An Individual and Accessible Coaching Model
The programme includes three one-to-one coaching sessions with professional coaches, complemented by personalised resources and tools available through the TOxD+ platform. Sessions can be held either in person or online starting from March 2026, ensuring flexibility and inclusivity.
Particular attention is given to financial accessibility: participation requires a fee, but reduced rates and additional income-based discounts (ISEE) are available, based on the belief that wellbeing and personal growth should be genuinely accessible opportunities.
Social Value and Local Impact
The New Me! is conceived as a light, preventive welfare intervention capable of generating both individual and collective impact. Investing in women’s wellbeing, self-determination, and decision-making capacity contributes to more resilient, aware, and participatory communities.
The project also strengthens the local network built by Torino Città per le Donne, enhancing women’s professional expertise and promoting a culture of care as a structural component of social and urban policies.
How to Participate
Applications are open throughout February 2026. To apply, candidates must complete a short online form. Selected participants will be contacted with all operational details for starting the programme.
