BUILDING SUSTAINABLE COMPANIES: best practices for managing Social Impact – is a cycle of Workshops organized by Exar Social Value Solutions in collaboration with SAA – School of Management and with the participation of Chaberton Partners, Prioritalia, Stati Generali del Mondo del Lavoro and Torino Social Impact.

This initiative is addressed to large companies (in particular HR managers, Diversity Managers, Sustainability Managers, CSR Managers) intending to start virtuous and social impact approaches in HR management,  by creating an hub for studying and sharing models, experiences and best practices, as well as operational tools and company policies.

Generating social impact is today a key-issue for companies and the HR management is at a central point in challenges like social inclusion, non-discrimination, enhancement, diversity. Gender, disability, origin, race and age are delicate factors. Suitable policies can generate a positive impact, by boosting the improvement of the working environment, the increase of labour satisfaction, motivation and engagement, by reducing the costs of conflicts and developing the potential of people.

The first edition of Building Sustainable Companies workshop, started in November 2019, will end in July 2020 and is divided into 9 workshops, exploring topics such as the enhancement of skills, the gender gap, the blind recruitment, the diversity management and diversity policies & procedures. Among the participants, main big local companies such as CNH Industrial, Warstila, Salini-Impregilo, Alstom, FCA, Michelin etc.
